Shop Made wood Door Latch and Stop. A small spring below the flapper presses into the door and creates just the right amount of tension to keep the door closed. The wood on wood action produce a soft sound when closed. Complimentary to the soft close the flappers also produce a satisfying click when closed.

These are Basswood, A smooth grained softer hardwood. It has a pale creamy color which compliments well with many woods. These are joined with Tongue and Grooves.
